I'm Angela Yvonne

I'm an integrative acupuncturist and herbalist with a passion for helping people find natural ways to overcome stress and anxiety.

Nothing makes my heart happier than helping people feel secure, healthy, and confident to take on the day ahead. To be honest, though, getting here hasn’t always been easy. Like you, I also struggled with overwhelming anxiety and stress, and I know how it feels to have anxiety steal your joy and dim your inner light.
But I was lucky - I found a path that helped me take control over my anxiety and live life in the moment (well, most days!).
Now I’m here to help you do the same!
